- Refund Requests: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us at mail@shubharambhproductions.com within 7 days from the date of service delivery.
- Eligibility: Refunds will be provided only if the service was not delivered as per the agreed terms, or if the service was cancelled due to reasons within our control.
- Processing Time: Once a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exceptions: No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully rendered or where services were cancelled due to the client’s request.
